Overview

Handle inbound/outbound calls to schedule HVAC, plumbing, and water service.

Tasks

-Respond to e-mail inquiries -Expedite unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation -Maintain accurate customer information and scheduled appointment details -Actively promote and sell new or additional services or products when applicable -Provide stellar customer service with a can-do attitude -Successfully handle high volume inbound & outbound customer service calls

What You Bring

-Successfully meet KPI performance metrics -Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail -High School Diploma or GED preferred -Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English, Spanish is a plus -Experience using CRM systems- Service Titan & Dialpad experience is a plus -Must be able to sit for long periods of time -At least 1 year customer service call center experience, industry experience is a plus -Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen -Intermediate computer proficiency particularly with Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, & Excel
