  • Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate technical content into clear, leaner-focused training.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness, utilizing data and feedback to drive continual improvement.
  • Provide project leadership by establishing and following effective project practices, meeting schedule expectations and communicating status effectively.
  • Develop eLearning and blended training solutions using instructional design best practices.
  • Relocate to or already located in Wilmington, NC to support on-site activities as needed.
  • Develop effective training content for integration within our Learning Management Systems (LMS).

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to create clear, concise written and oral communications to the appropriate level.
  • This role is restricted to U.S. persons (i.e., U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) due to access to U.S. export-controlled technology
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple cross-functional projects and meet challenging goals concurrently.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including stakeholder management, conflict resolution and action management.
  • Ability to establish a project plan and lead a cross functional team to implementation.
  • High school diploma / GED with at least 8 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in a related field with at least 5 years of related experience.
  • Self starter who is willing to engage ‘optioneering’ to identify training methods, techniques and outcomes.
