-Excellent communication and presentation skills -Strong organizational skills with attention to detail -3+ years of experience in training, sales enablement, or learning & development (preferably in construction, home improvement, or service industries) -Strong presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills -Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience) -Experience creating training content, manuals, and structured onboarding programs -Adaptability and problem-solving in fast-paced environments -Ability to simplify complex concepts into actionable training
