Oversee power uprate projects to boost nuclear reactor output and performance.

Tasks
-Strategic Growth & Innovation : Work with technical staff to develop winning, highly technical engineering proposals. Aggressively support marketing efforts, including identification of new opportunities, proposal preparation, and follow-up. -Leadership & Coordination : Provide interdisciplinary coordination for design engineering projects and serve as a technical leader to ensure the project solution and quality goals are met. Manage client interactions and negotiate/control project scope to client and company's satisfaction. Foster and maintain working relations with assigned clients and act as a single point of contact for assigned projects. -Project Management Excellence : Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to established schedule and within budget. Understand project schedules, project management plans, and manage project staff to ensure project requirements are met. Formulate/develop detailed project reports. Understand project financials and be able to report regularly to management on financial status and overall project performance.

What You Bring
-Ability to pass a pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings, ENERCON and client specific background checks, and annual motor vehicle record (MVR) according to com pany and client policies. -Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the US without requiring current or future sponsorship. -PE license strongly preferred -Ability to travel between 10-15% of the time; duration of travel may vary depending on project and client needs, ranging from a few days to a few weeks -Remote will be considered for candidates that are senior and above -Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint -Ability to gain and maintain unescorted access at nuclear sites -Ability to understand and work with budget and accounting processes -Effective communication skills with demonstrated ability to work across disciplines and teams -Design Engineering experience with the modification and implementation process, calculations, specifications, etc. in power facilities -Minimum of 6 years' experience in the nuclear, power, or industrial industries as an Engineer or Project Manager -Excellent organizational, time management, strategic planning, writing, communication, decision-making, and presentation skills -Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Nuclear or Chemical Engineering (or related) OR PMP Certification and 10 years' applicable experience
