Overview
Manages front‑desk duties, answering phones, greeting visitors, and providing admin support.

Tasks
-Manages difficult or emotional customer situations promptly and efficiently. -Schedules appointments, updates calendars, and serves as primary contact for conference room reservations. -Provides routine information about the company as requested and helps resolve routine questions and complaints from customers and the general public. -Meets client commitments, recognizes and acts upon service opportunities. -Helps train new or backup receptionists on front-desk best practice standards and processes. -Performs routine administrative support tasks for a variety of internal functions dependent upon the work program business needs, such as filing, printing, collating, mailing, distributing mail and documents, supporting and maintaining the office, etc. -Operates telephone switchboard to answer, screen, and forward calls internally as appropriate. -Supports new employee equipment setup, dependent upon work program business needs. -Solicits and applies feedback to improve quality and service. -Provides support for meeting and event planning. -Greets visitors, determines nature and purpose of visit, notifies employees of visitors, and directs or escorts visitors to specific destinations.

-Ability to perform work accurately and completely, and in a timely manner -Ability to build relationships and collaborate within a team, internally and externally -High School Diploma or GED (Required) -Communication skills, verbal and written -0-2 years receptionist or administrative support experience (Required) -In lieu of the above requirements, equivalent relevant experience will be considered. -Organizational skills -Ability to maintain confidential information -Demonstrates commitment to the highest standards of customer satisfaction by displaying courtesy and sensitivity and responding promptly to customer needs. -Proficiency in MS Office
