Tasks

-Keep safety front and center in everything you do -Handle any miscellaneous tasks like a pro -Perform quality walks to ensure customer satisfaction is on point -Develop rapport and present solutions to homeowners within their heating and cooling needs. -Flip equipment sales to the install team who perform the work you sell. -Troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform simple repairs onsite.

What You Bring

-Can communicate clearly and effectively - both with the team and customers -At least 1+ year of previous HVAC experience required (residential experience preferred) -Is at least 18 years of age. (Required) -Holds a valid driver's license. (Required) -Experience working on boiler systems is a PLUS!!!!
