Drive sales and relationships with Lowe’s and Home Depot as a national account rep.

Tasks
-Identifies, researches, and resolves customer issues. Timely follow-up on customer inquiries and follows-through for prompt resolution and customer satisfaction. -Working collaboratively with the entire sales team to be an advocate for the customer. -Working with our customers to up-sell products and services. This role will have a direct impact in driving short-term and long-term revenue growth. -Work within the National Sales Team to provide our customers with product and service information in a timely manner

What You Bring
-Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University. -Phone Aptitude – Comfortable speaking to people with specific information over the Phone/Microsoft Teams. -Customer Centric -Problem Solver – Able to handle a situation that requires research AND bring resolution to our customers. -Client Reliability – Our Lowe’s and Home Depot customers rely on timely communication and a person that they can have a trusting relationship with. -Strong Computer skills in Microsoft Office AND the ability to adjust to new software. -Strong Time Management skills. -Strong communication skills both on the phone and in writing. Comfortable in delivering solid email communication. -Sales Aptitude – Understand the importance of sales within an organization.
