The Role

Handle daily order processing, purchasing, aftercare, and supplier coordination using Sage X3.

Tasks

This role will be responsible for all day to day customer order processing, purchasing and aftercare service requests in line with Company processes and customer expectations. By sharing our subject knowledge and developing narrative together, we back up all decisions made and successfully implement change, creating a solution to meet the expectations of all stakeholders. -Ensure all supplier order acknowledgments are checked thoroughly and update the system to reflect any changes. -Place Purchase Orders (PO) according to confirmed customer orders. -In case of identified delays via supply chain, take a proactive approach and raise this with the relevant Account Manager and logistics team, working in conjunction to resolve any issues. -Keep in-house and supply chain product knowledge up to date. -Process clean orders onto SageX3 accurately, returning any unclean orders to the relevant Account Manager. -Check supplier acknowledgements within 24 hours of receipt and update the system -Raise Aftercare requests on the system within 24 hours -Update HubSpot with order status and supporting documentation. -Raise aftercare requests on Sage X3 and ensure that customers are kept up to date on the progress from start to finish. -Work closely with Logistics and communicate with the customer. -Evaluate supplier performance and report to management on a regular basis. -Develop strong relationships with supply chain partners. -Accurately process clean orders onto the Sage X3 system within 24 hours -Chase outstanding suppliers acknowledgements if not received within 48 hours -Monitor progress of all POs raised until goods are received as acknowledged and ensure all relevant information is updated within Sage X3.
