Tasks

Working closely with the Director and the State Leader, you will play a key role in driving estimating, cost planning and value management strategies across negotiated projects. With exposure to a wide span of work across commercial sectors, including major flagship developments, this opportunity will allow you to broaden your expertise and work closely with talented technical leaders who are shaping the future of the SA built environment. Your day to day will involve producing accurate and thorough estimates, reviewing tender documentation, preparing trade packages and assessing subcontractor pricing. You will contribute to project reviews, support value management throughout design phases and play an integral part in presenting to internal stakeholders and clients.
