Tasks

-May participate in cost negotiations. -Reviews quantities and types of materials to be included on Authority work (costs of materials, labor, site preparation, methods of performing the work) and the economic factors affecting a project. -Confers with a broad range of technical, professional, and managerial personnel as well as designers, consultants, and contractors to coordinate and establish a cost estimate. -Reviews change orders for conformance with Authority requirements and quality standards.
