Tasks

-Tackle high-potential projects that meaningfully influence the market. -Operations: Leverage CRM and sales technology to maintain accurate records of interactions and execute well-organized sales strategies. -Build a strong foundation for career growth, with opportunities for advancement into senior roles. -Prospecting: Identify and engage potential customers, guiding them through the sales process. Work with Client Success Management teams to expand our solutions' usage and impact. -Networking & Partnerships: Build and maintain a professional network, including prospects, market partners, and industry influencers, to amplify ServiceTrade’s values and extend our reach. Foster strong relationships with C-suite and owner-level stakeholders, positioning our solutions as vital to their operational success. -Develop negotiation, leadership, and strategic skills. -Targeted Business Development: Execute lead generation, prospecting, and sales activities within your territory by researching the market, identifying prospects, and qualifying opportunities. -Build deep, trust-based relationships with customers. -Strengthen your ability to navigate challenges and meet deadlines.

What You Bring

-Medical with Blue Cross Blue Shield NC (2 options) -Professional Experience: 1-3 years in a closing sales role, ideally within a software company. -Preferred Experience: Experience selling into our industry or a related field is desirable. -Dental and Vision with Unum -Achievement: A track record of meeting goals, whether professional, academic, athletic, or within the community. You learn from challenges and continuously refine your approach. -Communication: Strong ability to engage with prospects and communicate clearly in both verbal and written formats. -Travel: Limited travel is required, though you may attend trade shows, conferences, or visit client sites as needed. -Soft Skills: Quick learner with problem-solving abilities. You think critically, adapt to new challenges, and support customers throughout their journey. -Education: A college degree with strong academic performance is preferred, though equivalent professional experience is also valued.
