Driller Assistant

Overview

Assist drillers with equipment setup, operation, and breakdown in field environments.

Tasks

-Handling and transporting field samples and equipment (routinely lifting 40–50 lbs) -Assisting drillers in the field with setup, operation, and breakdown of drilling equipment -Traveling overnight for out-of-town assignments as needed -Navigating rough, uneven terrain in remote locations

What You Bring

-A strong work ethic and willingness to work in physically demanding conditions -The ability to work safely using company-provided PPE -A Commercial Driver's License, a plus -Comfort with getting dirty and working in unpredictable environments -The knowledge and ability to perform routine vehicle and equipment maintenance -A High School diploma/GED -Flexibility to travel and adapt to changing schedules -Effective communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing) using the English language
