Tasks

-Participate in project meetings to provide financial guidance and updates. -Collaborate with project managers and discipline leads to update forecasts and identify cost-saving opportunities. -Track and analyze project expenditures against budget and forecast. -Prepare monthly cost reports, variance analyses, and financial dashboards. -Develop and maintain project cost control systems and procedures. -Maintain accurate records of project budgets, actuals, and forecasts. -Monitor and evaluate change orders and their financial impact. -Support procurement and contract management teams with cost-related insights. -Assist in preparing and reviewing invoices, accruals, and cash flow projections. -Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory requirements.

What You Bring

-Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Excel, ERP systems, Primavera, Power BI). -Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field. -Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment. -Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. -5+ years of experience in cost control or project accounting, preferably in infrastructure or transit projects. -Strong understanding of project controls, cost allocation, and financial risk management.
