Tasks

Drive the implementation of best practices and continuous improvement strategies on site. Lead, coach, and develop individuals, supporting audits and maintaining site accreditations. Ensure all manufactured products meet brand, customer, and safety standards. Provide Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety (QEHS) support across operations, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, legislation, and customer requirements. Manage customer product complaints and ensure effective, timely resolutions. Work closely with Production and Technical teams to maintain quality performance and reporting. Take ownership of a key role within a forward-thinking manufacturing business. Foster a strong health, safety, and environmental culture throughout the organisation. Participate in regular safety and quality meetings and contribute to improvement initiatives. Identify and deliver training programs to enhance quality awareness across teams. Develop and maintain quality procedures, monitor performance, and produce relevant reports.

What You Bring

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Minimum 2+ years’ experience in QEHS within a manufacturing or industrial environment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a “can-do” attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the enthusiasm to make a real impact in a busy production environment.
