Tasks

-Consult Clients & Partners: Collaborate with clients and third-party groups to support enterprise training strategies. -Manage Systems & Content: Administer access, deployment, and tracking across Oracle HCM Learn, ZCAP, and CAST. -Align with Internal Stakeholders: Partner with site leaders and craft teams to meet operational training goals. -Maintain Relevance: Update content to reflect current processes, equipment, and safety standards. -Conduct Audits: Verify training alignment, data accuracy, and policy adherence through routine checks. -Adopt Innovative Methods: Apply emerging instructional techniques and technologies to enhance delivery. -Monitor Performance & Compliance: Track progress, certifications, and feedback to support improvement and regulatory alignment. -Enforce Assignments: Deploy role-based training aligned with site needs and compliance mandates. -Engage Stakeholders & Partners: Collaborate with clients, site teams, JV partners, and enterprise leaders to assess needs and align delivery. -Support Delivery: Coordinate instructors, materials, and logistics for effective training execution. -Coordinate Training Programs: Align craft and leadership training with site, business unit, and enterprise goals. -Support & Enable Users: Provide ongoing support and training for admins and super users. -Support Proposals: Provide training data, program summaries, and workforce strategies for new work scopes. -Control Access & Security: Maintain role accuracy and conduct audits to ensure secure, role-based access. -Configure & Optimize System: Align settings with business needs and enhance performance and scalability. -Research for Opportunities: Identify certifications, content, and programs to maintain industry relevance. -Manage Content: Keep training materials current and aligned with enterprise policies and stakeholder goals. -Develop Metrics: Create forecasts, capacity models, and readiness indicators for upcoming projects. -Leverage Education Networks: Engage schools, colleges, and industry organizations to expand training pathways and workforce pipelines. -Enable Visibility: Use centralized systems for consistent reporting and oversight across locations. -Track Outcomes: Monitor participation, completions, and metrics to drive improvement. -Deliver Remote & On-Site Support: Provide virtual troubleshooting and hands-on assistance for sessions, systems, and equipment. -Maintain Records: Track completions, certifications, and renewals across all supported platforms. -Standardize Frameworks: Align site-level training with enterprise standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements. -Design Curriculum: Create structured programs (e.g., FST, ZCAP, CAST) for craft and frontline leadership roles. -Report & Analyze: Track learner progress and deliver insights through system reporting tools. -Support other team members in their daily assignments and initiatives. -Standardize Onboarding: Align new hire orientation with enterprise expectations and site-specific needs. -Respond to Requests: Deliver timely, accurate responses to RFIs, legal inquiries, and business group needs. -Coordinate Across Units: Align training capabilities with operational and client needs through cross-functional collaboration.

What You Bring

-At least 2 years of presentation/facilitation delivery skills -5+ years experience working in an industrial construction environment -Associate Degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school -2+ years experience in training -High School Diploma or GED
