  • Assurer le suivi de chaque étape d’un projet (études et inspections sur le terrain, rapports techniques, plans et cahiers des charges, supervision des travaux).
  • Assurer la liaison directe avec les clients et entretenir les relations commerciales.
  • Préparer les soumissions de propositions, incluant les devis, les ententes et/ou les réponses aux appels d’offres.
  • Réaliser des calculs à l’aide de logiciels spécialisés pour les nouvelles constructions, réaliser des évaluations d’expert et superviser les travaux d’entretien des bâtiments existants.

  • Permis de conduire valide et accès à un véhicule.
  • Bilinguisme français et anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit.
  • Capacité à travailler simultanément sur différents projets.
  • Planifier les projets, y compris les étapes de conception et les échéanciers de construction proposés.
  • Titre d’ingénieur professionnel délivré par l’Association des ingénieurs et géoscientifiques du Nouveau-Brunswick (AIGNB).
  • Fournir un soutien technique aux clients et collaborer avec les différentes parties prenantes (architectes, ingénieurs, entrepreneurs) tout au long du projet.
  • Connaissance pratique des logiciels AutoCAD et Revit.
  • Rédiger des rapports techniques, des cahiers des charges et des estimations des coûts de construction.
  • Trouver et recommander des solutions aux problèmes et aux questions techniques.
  • Maîtrise des logiciels ETABS, ADA et SAFE.
  • Minimum de cinq (5) ans d’expérience pertinente dans la conception de structures de bâtiments et l’inspection de chantiers de construction.
  • Jusqu’à cinq (5) semaines de vacances selon le nombre d’années d’expérience
  • Participer à la conception d’éléments structuraux pour diverses structures en acier, en béton ou en bois.
  • Diplôme d’études universitaires en génie civil ou équivalent.
