Tasks

-Dispatch and support service technicians throughout the day -Provide real-time updates and documentation to customers -Create and manage purchase orders for field work -Review completed work orders and process them for billing -Serve as a point of contact for customer needs and service requests -Maintain strong, proactive relationships with customers and internal teams
