Tasks

-Purchase Ledger Reconciliation -Support the Finance team with general administration tasks -Accurately coding, registering and processing invoices/credit notes -Liaising with suppliers regarding invoice queries and discrepancies -Assisting with weekly/monthly payment runs -Reconciling supplier statements ensuring all transactions are accounted for -Purchase order processing in the accounting system
