Overview

Manage day-to-day operations and performance of retail shopping centres in Melbourne.

Tasks

-Safeguard and enhance the investment performance of each property -Liaise with wider Retail PM team including Facilities, Finance and Administration -Prepare and manage cash flow budgets, including retail performance forecasting -Conduct weekly site inspections and provide regular performance updates to the client -Oversee tenancy and lease management, including compliance and rent reviews -Manage the day-to-day operations of the centres efficiently and cost-effectively -Align policies and procedures with ownership objectives and tenant needs
