Tasks

-Engage in collaborative projects, including sandbox environments and demo builds -Collaborate with consultants to develop CRM strategy roadmaps for clients -Shadow and contribute to client meetings, demos, and feedback sessions -Support configuration, testing, and deployment of CRM solutions -Participate in the analysis, design, selection, and implementation of CRM software systems -Assist in business analysis and project management across a variety of industries -Participate in internship capstone projects and feedback loops to enhance program impact
