M&E Building Services Supervisor

Overview

Supervise M&E teams delivering maintenance for two secondary schools.

Tasks

-Identifying additional works, estimating costs, and supporting ongoing contract improvements -Supporting emergency call-out rota and out-of-hours planning -Coordinating work schedules, assigning jobs, and managing priorities efficiently -Liaising directly with school staff and the client to build strong, collaborative relationships -Ensuring all tasks are completed in line with contract KPIs, SLAs, and client expectations -Ordering materials, managing stock, and ensuring accurate job reporting and documentation -Leading a skilled M&E team to deliver both planned and reactive maintenance to high standards

What You Bring

-Experience supervising teams within building services or facilities maintenance -Proficiency in IT (Excel, Outlook, Word); Maximo experience a bonus -Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail -A recognised electrical or mechanical trade qualification (minimum Level 3) -A hands-on approach with strong leadership and communication skills -You must be eligible to work in the UK and able to pass an enhanced DBS check (due to school-based work)
