Tasks

-Collaborate with other senior leaders to shape and deliver growth across the wider Infrastructure team -Drive strategy and innovation, helping to evolve our services and respond to emerging market needs -Build your own team, bringing in trusted talent through your network and leadership brand -Lead and grow our Project Management offering across key infrastructure sectors -Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team through your reputation and industry network -Work flexibly and autonomously, in an environment that supports senior leaders and trusts them to lead -Operate your team with an entrepreneurial mindset � effectively running it as your own business unit -Collaborate at board level, playing a part in the wider strategic direction of the business -Shape and lead a growing business unit, with real ownership and influence -Build lasting client relationships and secure new work across geographies, sectors, and services

What You Bring

-A strong network and ideally at least one client relationship you could bring with you -A proven track record of leading infrastructure projects and teams -Experience in a senior consultancy role with full understanding of P&L ownership and team leadership -Strong commercial acumen with the ability to win, deliver, and grow client work
