Tasks

-Cross-Business Collaboration: Promote and contribute to sales and lead generation across all group companies. -Ensure effective use of systems (Mercury, LinkedIn, job boards) for lead generation and performance tracking. -Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, engagement, and succession planning. -Acquire and expand client accounts, managing major accounts (£40k+ quarterly placements). -People Development: Recruit, train, manage, and develop team members across the full employee lifecycle. -Deliver robust business plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with organisational objectives. -Sales Excellence: Achieve personal sales targets and ensure team goals are consistently met. -Oversee marketing materials and maintain compliance with company policies and Health & Safety standards. -Team Growth: Drive expansion in Gross Profit and yield through strategic recruitment and development.

What You Bring

-Experience managing a team across recruitment, development, and retention. -Minimum 3 years’ experience in specialist recruitment or sales with a proven track record. -Strong knowledge of database systems and compliance requirements. -Education: 4 GCSEs (including English, Maths, ICT) and 2 A-levels required.
