Tasks

-Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to strategic analytics, ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry best practices. -Develop, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to support project tracking and strategic decision-making. -Drive efforts to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency by working with internal teams to align on data management and quality control best practices. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Accounting, Development, Legal, EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction), Commercial, Asset Operations and Performance, Data Science and Software Engineering, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven decision-making. -Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics tools that streamline workflows and enable visibility into the organization's data assets and finances. -Identify and implement opportunities to automate workflows, reduce manual reporting efforts, and enhance operational efficiency using modern data tools and AI-driven solutions.

What You Bring

-Advanced experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. -Advanced experience with Microsoft Power Query, SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools. -3-6 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data-focused role. -Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft suite of tools and applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. -This information is provided in accordance with applicable law. -Minimum BA/BS in economics, finance, data science, business, or related field. -Intermediate experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or other AI agent development platforms. -Intermediate experience with Microsoft Fabric or other end-to-end data management platforms. -Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deliver timely, high-quality results. -Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail. -Ability to synthesize and present complex data in a clear and actionable manner. -Intermediate experience with Microsoft Power Apps or other low-code programming tools. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
