Tasks

-Provide ongoing pricing support throughout the project life cycle. -Prepare basic system layout and estimates. -Foster clear communication between the customers and the construction team. -Provide ongoing project leadership throughout the project life cycle

What You Bring

-Effective written and verbal communication skills required. -Two (2) years of experience leading and closing sales preferred; experience within the fire sprinkler industry required. -Knowledge of all applicable codes and standards required. -Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, construction management or equivalent business experience preferred. -Understands and able to correctly interpret RFP packages including all associated drawings, specifications required. -Skilled in negotiation, active listening, rapport building, and conflict resolution required. -Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specs, contracts, proposals and estimates required. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based software systems required. -Knowledge of conceptual estimating preferred. -Able to identify and effectively communicate any risks associated with project type, customer/GC, construction type, schedule and market trends required -Experience with Fire Protection systems required.
