The Role

Overview

Coordinate FM activities across schools, managing PPM, reactive maintenance, contractors and compliance.

Tasks

-Track SLAs and KPIs, reporting progress to senior management. -Maintain compliance with industry standards (e.g., SFG20) and health & safety regulations. -Plan and schedule PPM works and reactive maintenance tasks. -Ensure CAFM systems (e.g., Digitize FM) are updated with job statuses and completion reports. -Customer Service Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and updates. Resolve client issues promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction. -Place orders with contractors for the delivery of compliance and maintenance services. -Resolve client issues promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction. -Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and updates. -Coordinate FM helpdesk functions and integrate FM processes within corporate systems. -Compliance & Reporting Maintain compliance with industry standards (e.g., SFG20) and health & safety regulations. What You Bring

-Familiarity with compliance standards and SLAs in maintenance services. -Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. -Working knowledge of building maintenance and compliance standards. -Previous experience in a coordination role within the maintenance and facilities management. -Background in FM/ PPM scheduling. -Proven experience in service coordination, scheduling, or facilities management. -Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. -Experience managing reactive maintenance and emergency call-outs. -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CAFM systems.
