Tasks

-Supervise and motivate the team in delivering high-quality service, repairs, and maintenance for equipment in the wet mix & asphalt plants. -Ensure normal operations to achieve targets based on daily breakdowns and troubleshooting, following guidelines from the Chief Plant Engineer/Section Head. -Conduct maintenance and repair activities for wet mix & asphalt plants and related ancillary equipment like compressors and generators.

What You Bring

-Previous experience in maintenance and repair of asphalt plants. -Technical proficiency in plant design and layout -Ability to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations -Attention to detail and accuracy in work -Strong leadership skills to supervise and motivate the team effectively. -Excellent communication and team leadership abilities -Strong problem-solving skills -Knowledge of maintenance and troubleshooting of asphalt plant equipment -Strong understanding of asphalt production processes -Analytical and critical thinking skills -Project management skills -Excellent troubleshooting abilities to address daily breakdowns promptly. -Knowledge of maintenance practices for compressors and generators would be advantageous. -Degree in Engineering or relevant field.
