Tasks

Attorney of Leasing provides counsel and handles daily issues regarding the company's leases and the interpretation and enforcement of lease provisions. Draft, prepare, review and analyze appropriate leasing and other legal documents. Responsibilities include negotiating the company’s position with opposing counsel and landlords' representatives for new leases, ancillary lease documentation, letter agreements, lease amendments, subleases, assignments and other related contracts. Attorney advocates the Company’s positions on essential lease, operating, and corporate issues in leases, subordination /non-disturbance agreements, estoppels, license agreements, amendments and other related contracts.
