Water Resources Project Manager

Overview

Manage municipal water, wastewater, stormwater, and roadway projects.

Tasks

-Provide technical expertise and QA/QC reviews to ensure high-quality project deliverables. -Coordinate with regulatory agencies to obtain project permits and approvals. -Oversee the design and development of infrastructure projects, including water, wastewater, stormwater, and roadways. -Identify and pursue business development opportunities, including preparing proposals and presentations. -Maintain and strengthen client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service. -Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff, fostering professional growth within the team. -Manage all aspects of municipal engineering projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables. -Lead construction administration efforts, including responding to RFIs, reviewing payment applications, and coordinating with contractors.

What You Bring

-Experience with utility coordination. -Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS. -OHM Grad School -Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering with an emphasis in municipal infrastructure engineering. -Strong technical expertise in roadway geometric design, intersection detail design, water main design, sanitary sewer design, and drainage design. -8+ years of progressive experience in municipal engineering, including project management. -In-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations affecting municipal projects. -Experience with State of Tennessee agencies, Nashville area agencies, and TDOT is a plus. -Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. -Tennessee Professional Engineer (PE) license required. -Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
