Tasks

-Leadership & Quality Assurance: Provide guidance to designers and engineers, ensure adherence to quality assurance systems, and promote safe work practices under OSH/HSE procedures. -Technical & Compliance Oversight: Apply established project management methodologies, ensure compliance with legislative, policy, and regulatory frameworks, and contribute to planning and performance documentation. -Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement: Analyse project performance, identify risks and opportunities, resolve issues through alternative solutions, and initiate strategies to achieve outcomes efficiently and accurately. -Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration: Build and sustain effective relationships, communicate with influence, negotiate outcomes, and work collaboratively across teams. -Project & Risk Management: Oversee schedules, budgets, resources, and risks while preparing reports, briefings, and submissions to meet organisational requirements.

What You Bring

-Technical & Analytical Skills: Solid grasp of engineering and design principles, manufacturing processes, construction methods, and problem-solving with creative solutions. -Formal Qualifications: Cert IV in Project Management plus diploma, advanced diploma, or tertiary qualifications in technical or business disciplines. -Software Proficiency: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, for documentation and analysis. -Project Delivery Experience: Demonstrated experience managing projects from concept through to delivery, with strong organisational and time management skills. -Personal Attributes: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work autonomously, attention to detail, integrity, collaboration, and safety awareness.
