Tasks

-Involvement in interview and hiring process in accordance with STYL policy under the direction of the Director of Sales. -Proactively follow up with all current and prospective renters utilizing and maintaining a Customer Relationship Management database. -Inspect make ready standards and tour path and promptly inform maintenance staff of any issues when unable to resolve on own. -Review daily pricing in Yieldstar with Property Manager and make recommendations to achieve overall property goals. -Assist Property Manager with monthly financial review process and other investor deliverables -Utilize customer service skills to professionally resolve issues -Act as Property Manager in the Manager’s absence to resolve resident issues and support the Leasing and Maintenance teams. -Track traffic, appointments, and leases daily in Knock. -Establish and coordinate scheduling for leasing staff and manage coverage. -Build and maintain relationships with prospects and current residents to ensure retention and satisfaction -Accept and process rent payments, security deposits and other applicable fees -Provide daily motivation and oversee sales goals for the leasing team and a method for accountability of leasing activity. -Oversee sales process and provide exceptional tour experience for prospective residents -Direct the daily work performance of the leasing team and conduct weekly performance evaluations. -Provide ongoing training to the leasing team. -Coordinate community outreach marketing and develop a network of local business relationships. -Review stale units daily and develop sales plan to lease them. -Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure resident retention and satisfaction. -Audit websites, ILS sites, and other cyber sources weekly. -Maintain daily traffic logs, phone logs and follow-up (DAR). -Submit weekly reporting and weekend update reporting.

What You Bring

-At least 2 Years direct experience in multi-family property management -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -College degree preferred -Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, Word Etc.) -Knock and One Site experience preferred -Have complete knowledge of the apartment community and competition in the area. -Ability to handle multiple tasks and multiple priorities simultaneously. -Demonstrate diligence, patience, diplomacy, follow-through, tact, fairness, integrity, and common sense. Must be motivational and goal driven.
