Perform general labor for construction projects, including material handling and site cleanup.

Tasks

-Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors. -Assist with a wide range of physical tasks including lifting, carrying, digging, loading, and unloading materials -Support skilled tradespeople including carpenters, masons, and equipment operators as needed -Load and distribute construction materials to appropriate locations on-site -Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) -Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment -Operate hand and power tools in a safe and efficient manner -Perform general labor duties such as site clean-up, debris removal, and basic demolition

-Reliable and Punctual Work Ethic: Consistent attendance, dependable performance, and a willingness to work flexible hours or overtime. -Teamwork and Communication Skills: Ability to work well with others in a team setting, maintain a positive attitude, and communicate effectively. -Valid Driver’s License required -Understanding and application of workplace safety rules and use of personal protective equipment (PPE). -Basic Knowledge of Tools and Equipment: Familiarity with hand and power tools; ability to safely operate and maintain them as needed. -Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests. -Strong listening skills and the ability to carry out verbal or written directions accurately. -Reliable transportation is required due to daily travel across Raynham and surrounding areas -Must be willing to become a member of the New England Laborer's Union -Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs), stand for long periods, bend, kneel, and perform physically demanding tasks.
