The Role

Overview

Maintain and service commercial HVAC units on cell tower sites in Little Rock, AR.

Tasks

-Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports. -Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment. -Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call out services. -Lift and move equipment as needed (up to 50 pounds). -Driving to remote work sites as needed. -Maintaining commercial package cooling systems on Cell Phone Towers – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems. -Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment. -Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance requirements.

What You Bring

-Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems is preferred. -Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified (Required). -Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and by email. -Extensive daily travel in an independent work structure. -Candidates should reside in the Little Rock, Arkansas area. -Will be required to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical. -Be exposed to ambient temperatures while working outdoors. -3+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance (commercial preferred). -Must be available for after-hours and weekend call outs on occasion.
