Tasks

-Support the development of recommendations, reports, and action plans to enhance operational performance and project outcomes. -Participate in stakeholder workshops and discussions to collect data, align objectives, and share insights. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor progress and ensure the timely delivery of assigned project components. -Conduct research, analysis, and assessments to identify challenges and opportunities within existing business processes. -Provide input on best practices, process improvements, and market or industry trends relevant to ongoing initiatives. -Maintain accurate records and data to support analysis and decision-making -Assist in preparing project documentation such as charters, work plans, and deliverable schedules. -Contribute to the preparation of presentations, briefings, and documentation for internal stakeholders and management review.

What You Bring

-Experience in consulting firms such as Bain & Company, McKinsey & Company, BCG, or similar organizations -Excellent project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. -Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools -Prior experience in real estate development projects, including residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments, is highly preferred. -Minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting role or similar position within relevant industries. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop actionable insights from complex data. -Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
