Tasks

-Leading the local, regional, or global Project Planning and Control team to establish and enforce an effective project controls approach. -Developing and continuously improving project controls processes on the regional or local level based on ABB guidelines and industry best practices. -Ensuring that project controls activities for the project portfolio are in line with ABB instructions and guidelines and are adequate to implement contractual agreements with ABB customers. -Ensuring that the project planning and controls function is compatible with the business model, sufficiently staffed with skilled resources, and directed appropriately.

What You Bring

-You are at ease communicating in English - Bahasa and/or Mandarin would be an advantage. -Minimum of 10 years of experience in similar role. -You are highly skilled in Primavera in executing resource planning, scheduling, KPI for the Offshore Solutions Teams. -Strong analytical skills with very good understanding of project management.
