Tasks
-Perform office and site-based roles, including working with virtual teams across GHD offices nationally and internationally. -Core function includes investigation, design and implementation of a range of projects involving stormwater, water supply, wastewater, transport and multidisciplinary projects. -Preparation of high-quality reports, correspondence and other deliverables, as required. -Provide guidance to graduate design engineers on projects and be able to train and mentor them. -Develop good business relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure required project outcomes are met and client satisfaction is maintained at a high standard.

What You Bring
-Good computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word -Knowledge and understanding of industry design standards and guidelines -Working knowledge of public and private sector -Organised in multitasking of self and others and able to meet deadlines -Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) -Design software skills (i.e., 12D, Civil3D, ACAD, GIS) -Ability to nurture and develop teamwork within the group -Ability to be proactive and take ownership of projects -Self-motivated and energetic -A relevant university degree in Civil engineering with at least 5+ year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
