Tasks
-Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Account Management, Implementation and Product groups to ensure alignment and collaboration in achieving company goals. -Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the region. -Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team that is motivated to exceed sales targets and achieve exceptional customer satisfaction. -Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape, identifying areas for growth and improvement -Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives for growth. -Manage the sales pipeline, accurately forecasting revenue and ensuring that the team is focused on closing deals and generating revenue. -Analyze sales data and metrics to measure progress, identify areas of opportunity, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance

What You Bring
-Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. -Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing sales teams, including coaching and mentoring. -Ability to travel as required. -10+ years of sales leadership experience, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. -Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. -Experience in energy and utility markets and sales cycles -Deep knowledge of sales processes, tools, and metrics. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
