The Role
Overview
Assist manufacturing by prepping materials, packaging, equipment upkeep, and record keeping.

Tasks
-Uphold and model BRD’s core values and cultural standards. -Keep the warehouse and work areas clean, organized, and safe. -Prepare raw materials for production; pack and stage finished goods for shipment. -Participate in inventory control activities including physical counts. -Obtain and maintain forklift certification to manage inbound and outbound shipments. -Assist with marking, cutting, assembling, and processing materials as per engineering specifications. -Safely operate tools, equipment, and machinery as required. -Engage in weekly safety talks and team meetings. -Work collaboratively with team members and attend cross-functional meetings as needed. -Maintain accurate records for receiving shipping, material tracking, and work-in-progress (WIP).

What You Bring
-Experience with layout work and pattern tracing in a fabrication setting. -Read and interpret fabrication drawings and job travelers to understand job scope and production schedules. -Proficient in reading technical drawings and blueprints. -Skilled in handling, cutting, and manipulating materials using provided tools. -Follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently and accurately. -Certified or willing to become certified to operate a forklift -Strong command of English, both written and spoken. -Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred. -Capable of standing and working on feet throughout the shift. -High school diploma or equivalent. -Ability to listen carefully and follow detailed instructions. -Accurate in maintaining transaction logs and physical records. -Physically able to lift 30–40 pounds on a regular basis.
