-General Administration Office Duties - Filing, typing, photocopying, faxing etc. -Notifying the involved for taking appropriate action on the pending documents and invoices. -Creating service entries & processing goods receipt notes -Processing invoices

What You Bring

-PC literate with competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook -SAP experience advantage but not essential as full training will be given -Experience in the construction or engineering industry advantage but not essential -Excellent telephone manner and attention to detail -Ability to liaise and manage all site paperwork -Strong administration skills. -Ability to multitask and work under pressure -Strong interpersonal and organizational skills -Excellent communication skills
