-Identify production bottlenecks or operational issues and implement effective solutions. -Ensure equipment maintenance, timely repairs, and adherence to production schedules. -Ensure strict adherence to safety practices and quality standards. -Prioritize safety and compliance with company policies, standards, processes, and procedures. -Review and develop operations documentation to support continuous improvement. -Drive operational efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives. -Supervise daily site operations to ensure productivity and safety. -Develop the skills and capabilities of technicians through coaching and training.
