-Conducting valuations and arranging compelling marketing materials for new listings -Managing and attending property viewings -Building strong, lasting relationships through regular follow-ups and care calls -Proactively generating new business from our extensive database and your own network -Coordinating with Sales Progression & Home Move teams to ensure smooth transactions -Liaising with banks, surveyors, mortgage brokers, and fellow agents -Negotiating deals from initial interest to final offer
