-Data entry for multiple managers -Develop and maintain a filing system -Various administration tasks, typing various construction documents, document processing, filing -Assist Project Managers as needed with documentation and organization projects -Maintain project files and completing necessary filing for accounting -Scheduling appointments, making and receiving calls and communication with field staff, project managers and subcontractors
