-Represent Spencer Ogden at industry events and promote our brand -Manage complex recruitment lifecycles and client expectations -Lead business development efforts to secure new opportunities and cross-sell solutions -Collaborate closely with Delivery, Finance, and internal teams to deliver seamless service -Manage and grow strategic client accounts across multiple sectors and regions -Develop trusted client partnerships, anticipate needs, and provide consultative advice
