Tasks

This is a senior opportunity for a Chartered Engineer with strong technical expertise, leadership experience, and a commercial mindset. You’ll oversee project delivery, mentor a talented team, and contribute to client development and strategic growth across sectors including defence, custodial, and energy. Deliver Complex Projects. Develop Talent. Drive Results. -Support SER certification processes (if applicable). -Engage in business development through client meetings, networking, and industry events. -Contribute to bids, tenders, and client proposals. -Lead structural design and specification across steel, concrete, timber, and masonry. -Conduct technical reviews and ensure compliance with British Standards, Eurocodes, and CDM regulations. -Mentor engineers and technicians, supporting their development and performance. -Manage project delivery including time, cost, quality, and resources. -Work on diverse, high-impact projects across multiple sectors.

What You Bring

Many of the positions within our company are subject to security clearance. This means that your eligibility for certain roles may be affected by various factors. The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain security clearance for this role as required by our clients and sectors. -Familiarity with structural software such as TEDDS, Tekla, and MasterSeries. -SER Certification (or working towards it) – desirable. -Eligibility for UK security clearance – desirable. -Chartered Engineer (ICE or IStructE). -Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. -Strong technical design and specification skills. -Proven experience managing teams and delivering complex structural projects.
