Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in architectural project management, with a proven track record of managing projects from design through construction, a total of 10+ years’ experience
Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Asana).
Solid knowledge of architectural design processes and construction methodologies.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s degree is a plus).
Experience working on data centers is preferred.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
Strong understanding of local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes.
Knowledge of sustainable architecture practices and experience with green building certifications (LEED, WELL, etc.).
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Licensed architect with professional accreditation (LEED, AIA, RIBA, etc.).LEED accreditation, Project Management Professional (PMP), or other relevant certifications are advantageous.
