Assist with land acquisition and ROW coordination for engineering projects.

Tasks

-Help maintain project records and databases -Participate in site visits and public meetings as needed -Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders -Technical responsibility for ROW procedures with responsibility of being in charge -Conduct basic property research and help review title documents -Support ROW coordination efforts under guidance of senior staff -Assist in preparing documentation for temporary and permanent easements and fee acquisitions

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, engineering, urban planning, or a related field (or equivalent experience) -Highly effective communicator -Highly Organized and efficient coordination skills -Leadership and motivation skills. -Takes direction well -Technical Writing Skills -Self motivator/ Self starter -Familiarity with Microsoft Office; exposure to GIS or CAD is a plus -Works well in a team environment -Strong communication and organizational skills
