Tasks

As Design Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the project team, working closely with the Project Manager, Commercial Manager, and Construction Manager. You’ll spearhead the coordination of design delivery, ensuring technical accuracy, contractual compliance, and timely execution. -Oversee document control, design reviews, and change management. -Support risk management, financial input, and project governance. -Lead design programme judgement and progress tracking. -Represent BakerHicks in client meetings and promote Perfect Delivery. -Coordinate and manage design output to ensure technical accuracy and contractual compliance. -Manage communication flow between BakerHicks and the client. -Guide the team in delivering safe, efficient, and buildable solutions.
