Tasks

As the ER Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for complex employee relations matters, supporting managers and employees to achieve fair, consistent and legally compliant outcomes. You'll work closely with trade unions and employee representatives, ensuring collaborative and constructive relationships -Provide expert guidance on complex ER issues including disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence, and appeals. -Support managers in early intervention, mediation, and conflict resolution to drive positive outcomes. -Build and maintain effective working relationships with trade union representatives. -Contribute to policy development and continuous improvement initiatives. -Lead and advise on formal casework, ensuring processes are compliant and best practice is applied. -Ensure compliance with employment law, internal policies, and collective agreements.

What You Bring

-Strong working knowledge of NI employment law and best practice. -CIPD qualified (Level 5 minimum). -Excellent communication and influencing skills. -Proven experience managing complex ER casework in a unionised environment.
