Tasks

-You will be responsible for meeting the demands of highprofile clients, including NYSDOT, Port Authority of NY & NJ, MTA Bridge and Tunnel Authority TBTA, and NYCDOT. -Responsibilities also include bridge condition evaluation, documentation, field coordination, and directing the inspection team. -The work will include field inspection of various size bridges including but not limited to suspension, major bridge viaducts and crossings in the New York City (NYC) Metro.

What You Bring

-Valid driver's license. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Completed 2week NHI Course No. 130055, or the 5day NHI Course No. 130056 and NHI Course No. 130078. -Preferred: SPRATCertified Level I Technician or willingness to attend training for certification. -Preferred: OSHA 30 and Aerial Lift Certified -Local NYC metro area experience and experience with NYSDOT, Port Authority of NY&NJ, MTA Bridge and Tunnel Authority TBTA, and NYCDOT are preferred. -Knowledge of AutoCAD, MicroStation and Microsoft Office.
