ConsultANZ is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead operations in the Hawke’s Bay region for a well-established civil contractor. This is a senior leadership role where you’ll oversee a significant regional contracting business, driving sustainable and profitable growth while ensuring operational excellence. -Strong commercial and financial management skills, including full P&L responsibility -Experience in securing work, developing competitive tenders, and nurturing long-term client relationships -10+ years of experience in roading or civil engineering -Excellent problem-solving ability to manage and resolve complex operational challenges -Proven success in senior regional leadership roles within the civil/roading sector
